Last week we posted a story about three suspected shoplifters at Owensboro's Frederica St. Wal-Mart. The male suspect allegedly pulled a big knife on the security officer and fled. Along with him were two females.

1490 WOMI was asked by the Owensboro Police Department to spread the word and post survelience photographs and video of the suspects. We also listed the Crime Stopper's  contact number. 270-687-8484

UPDATE:

All three suspects are in custody after a tip from the community leads police to their whereabouts.

 The Owensboro Police Department received a Crime Stoppers  tip that led to a joint investigation by OPD and the Evansville Police Department.  

The tipster recognized the suspects from surveillance video that had been released by the Owensboro Police Department. Arrest warrants were subsequently served on all three suspects.
