This time around on Shaped By Faith Theresa Rowe invited Brett Wharff to perform some workouts with the stability ball.  You can see how to begin this exercise and progress it as well by watching the video.

To begin this workout all you need is something as easy as a counter top or a desk in your office.  Its as easy as bringing your legs behind you, placing your hands on the desk or counter in front of you and doing pushups!

The second part of this requires getting on the floor!  So just get down there and let's progress this puppy.  This one will be performed from your knees!

Then progress it even more with the stability ball.  Begin the exercise by rolling your torso over the ball until your legs are the only thing on top of the ball.  You will be in a plank position.  Now you are ready to do your pushups!!
