Timber Wolf Announces a $100,000 Contest Built Around Owensboro

The announcement from Swedish Match today is big news for Owensboro. Owensboro and Daviess County are the home of Timber Wolf Snuff, small batch crafted right here. We are also the home of some incredible citizens and places. These folks are the subject of the new online contest giving you the chance to win $100,00 while reading some very interesting Stories.

Over 50 different people were interviewed by the contest creators and their stories will be on the Timber Wolf website. There will be monthly updates until December. I was lucky enough to be one of those selected to "tell their story'. Just think you can read all about Joe Lowe in the next month or two and earn up to $100,00. Even if my story is boring the cash sounds great.

In all seriousness this is a wonderful way to tell the world about Owensboro and Daviess County. Even before the official kick-off today more than 30,000 people have visited the website. You can go online now, register (if over 19) and check out anther story every day.
