Stress,Stress, Stress.  I'm sure we've all been there and It happens to the best of us.  But isn't it a pain?  The breaking point is where everything just snaps and everything goes straight down hill.  None of us want to be there and none of us want to experience it with someone else.  Personally, I've never reached the breaking point because i'm very good at  dealing with stress.  It's just a matter of mind control.  And it's your mind so you have every single bit of control over it.

A basic way to get around it is "Brett's Way".

Brett's Way is simple and easy to use.  It makes the craziest amount of stress seem simple and teeny tiny, kinda like you.  Remember your a spec of dust sitting on a rock out in the middle of outer space, just like me and every other person that has ever walked on the earth. So since you are this tiny being floating in the sky, there is no time to stress.  Of course easier said than done, don't get me wrong, this can be tough.

Just breathe.  Think about the good things that can come out of what your are working on instead of all the bad things you have to get around first.  Usually work is a common cause of stress.  So while you are working, take a look at what you have in front of you, pick out a way to get it done and do it.

Breathe More.  Once things have gotten under way then you're ready to keep breathing and not stress.  Don't think about anything except for what you have to do to reach your goals.

Breathe Again. Once everything is completed, you're done!  No more stress on this particular project.  And never ever go looking for more stuff to stress about.

Brett's Way is basic, Breathe, Breathe More and Breathe Again.  And read some of these stats below about stress.

1.  10% of people say they're so stressed they're close to their "BREAKING POINT."  What happens if you HIT that breaking point?  The survey didn't say . . . but it can't be good.

2.  A study out of Ireland found that parents who are stressed can slow down their babies' DEVELOPMENT . . . because the parents are so worried about THEMSELVES, they're less responsive with their kids.  (Part 2 of "Brett's Way" would be great at this point)

3.  23% of men say planning their wedding was the most stressful thing they've ever done.  But only 16% of women say that . . . they're more likely to be stressed by having a baby or moving.

4.  30% of men and 22% of women say they sometimes increase their DRINKING to cope with stress.

5.  About two-thirds of people say they barely get anything done at work on Mondays because they're so anxious about the week ahead of them.

Breathe, Breathe More, Breathe Again.
