Amber Alert Issued for Abducted 7-Mo-Old Virginia Girl

Police are searching for a Virginia girl who was abducted from a gas station near the North Carolina/Virginia state line . An Amber Alert was issued at 3:30 AM for 7-month-old Emma Grace Kennedy who is two-feet tall, 18 lbs, has a a small scar on her left cheek, and was last seen wearing a light blue onesie with dots.

Police are searching for 51-year-old Carl Kennedy who the NC State Bureau of Investigation stated is a registered sex offender. Mr. Kennedy is 5'8", 170 lbs, grey hair, green eyes, and was last seen wearing a brown shirt, grey shorts, and black and white sketchers. He also has a left ear piercing and arm tattoos.

Officials believe he is traveling to North Carolina and is armed with a knife. They also believe the child is in extreme danger.
