Aubrey's Song Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation established in November of 2005 to honor the memory of Aubrey Michelle Clark who died at the tender age of 22 in September of 2005.

Aubrey was always helping others even when she could not help herself. This foundation is devoted to continuing her legacy of helping others by raising funds and awareness for the study of the causes and treatments of eating disorders.

Aubrey's Song Foundation takes its name from a song written to honor the great memories Aubrey left her family and countless friends. The song is found within this site in various formats please feel free to listen.

A dear friend, Chris Wilson, much like a close cousin, perhaps even like a big brother, to Ben, Aubrey and Erica, was devastated. Chris wrote a song to and about Aubrey. It was entitled "Aubrey's Song." The lyrics are posted on this site if you care to download them.

Chris recorded the song at a recording studio and it was played at the memorial service for Aubrey. It was very moving, not just because of what it said, but also how he sang it. He is a man of few words, so you can bet that when he says something like that, he means from the bottom of his heart.

The Founder feels that God put a burden on his heart to do something to try to help others so that no other family would ever have to suffer this kind of pain ever again. He believes God gave him the idea, the name and the courage to approach the family with this idea.

Thus Aubrey's Song Foundation was born out of despair but in hope. Despair over the pain the family and friends were going through, but hope that through this loss, God would work some great work in the lives of others.

Aubrey's Song Foundation, Inc., "Helping others live by keeping Aubrey's Song alive!"
