Cruz Officially Announces 2016 Presidential Campaign

Ted Cruz is the first to officially announced his 2016 candidacy for the President of the United States. Cruz is currently a US Senator from Texas (R). He announced his anticipated candidacy with this video Monday morning.

The Republican Primary is looking to be a heated race with unofficial interest from Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie,  Sen. Marco Rubio and Kentucky's own Senator Rand Paul.
