Job Description
Performs maintenance and repairs of on-highway truck and bus powertrain and chassis systems / components under limited supervision.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience servicing and repairing on-highway trucks or buses preferred
• 2-year tech school graduate preferred
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication skills
• Able to communicate with team members and customers
• Good working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets, word processing programs
• Highly self-directed
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands
• Currently have a CDL or be able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License
