Eddy Update – Edward Snowden to Venezuela?
Round 2 of the "Where in the world is Eddy-Edward Snowden" segment worked itself out on the Thursday Morning WOMI Morning Show. Edward Snowden has been accepted to a couple countries like Venezuela, Boliva and Nicaragua. There are a few problems with him traveling though since the U.S. has cancelled his passport.
I think this is a very scary time for Edward Snowden because he doesn't have a whole lot of options. His passport has been cancelled by the U.S. and I assume this is in an attempt to keep him in one place, that way the whistleblower wont have to be tracked down again.
Some say this man is a hero for what he is done. People taking the streets with signs saying things like "Save Snowden, Save Freedom" and "We stand with Snowden". Of course you have to take into consideration that he did go against the rules a bit and let out info that was supposed to be classified. What do you think about Edward Snowden? Do you think he is wrong for leaking classified information? Or, is he a hero for letting the people know that they are being monitored
