Elvie Shane Will Open for Chase Rice at Owensboro Sportscenter
Some fun concert news to pass along this morning. A couple of weeks ago we announced that Chase Rice will be performing an acoustic concert at 7:30pm, Thursday, December 3rd. Today, we're thrilled to share that Elvie Shane, who's from Grayson County, Kentucky, is set to open!
Elvie is enjoying his first big success in country music. His song, "My Boy," is currently climbing the charts and is poised to become a breakout smash for the Caneyville native.
Elvie will be opening for Chase Rice in a couple of weeks!
Chase Rice knows a thing or two about bursting onto the country music charts. His first taste of success came seven years ago in 2013 with his #5 hit Ready. Set Roll.
Since then, he has landed two more Top Ten hits. "Gonna Wanna Tonight", His follow-up to "Ready, Set, Roll" peaked at #10.
Then, back in 2018, he had his biggest hit to date with "Eyes on You," which peaked at #3, but reached the top spot on the U.S. Country Airplay chart.

The Owensboro Sportscenter is employing a variety of COVID-19 safety protocols for the show. Masks will be REQUIRED and ticket holders will be purchasing tickets in designated "pod" areas of the arena. Seating will be assigned in groups of one, two, three, four, five or 6 seats. Concert-goers MUST stay in their assigned seats unless using the restroom or purchasing merchandise or food/beverages.
