EPD Sgt. Jason Cullum Discusses Officer-Involved Shooting in Downtown Evansville

Earlier this afternoon, an individual, armed with a baseball bat, broke several windows in the Federal Building in Downtown Evansville. After a series of events, the individual was shot and killed. EPD Sgt. Jason Cullum discussed the events that took place and is answering why a sheet was not placed over the body after the shooting.
