The House and Senate passed a bipartisan deal yesterday.  The Federal Government Shutdown that lasted sixteen days has finally  started itself back up and hundreds of thousands of government employees are headed back to work.

Democratic Senator Harry Reid said that his party and the Republicans found a way to compromise to "provide our economy with the tability it de4sperately needs and avert the financial disaster."  This will fund the Government up through January 15th and extend the debt limit through Feb. 7th. In a conference Wednesday a reporter asked President Obama if this would happen again in the coming weeks.  After a short pause to think about it.  He said No.

Lionel Richie's Dancing on the ceiling was revamped a little bit to help government workers celebrate heading back to the office.
