Heath Eric has been selected as a consultant for the Kentucky Peer Advisory Network (KPAN) directory. Heath is a long-time friend of the Joe Lowe Morning Show. His company, Rumsey Records, wrote, produced and performed the Joe Lowe Morning Show Jingle heard daily on 1490 WOMI.

The Kentucky Arts Council’s Kentucky Peer Advisory Network (KPAN) offers low-cost consulting services for arts organizations, schools, community groups and individual artists who are participants in the agency’s programs. The KPAN directory of consultants currently boasts more than 30 accomplished Kentucky arts professionals, with diverse backgrounds and expertise, who have received intensive training in the art consulting process.

Before becoming a full-time artist, Heath held executive level positions in marketing, public relations, and event development. Heath has won numerous industry awards and received national recognition for his innovative work in these fields.

Heath has worked with a vast array of independent, local, regional, and national artists in various areas of music production, marketing & promotions, merchandising, and LIVE events. Additionally, he has worked with groups to successfully create, develop, and promote numerous events, festivals, and concert series.

His areas of expertise with the Kentucky Peer Advisory Network (KPAN) include Marketing & Promotions and Festival / Event Development. Heath specializes in working with Artists and Organizations to maximize marketing & promotions reach and return. Heath can assist with strategic leveraging of strengths & resources, and present creative opportunities for growth & development with his proven, effective techniques and insights.

Heath has 20+ years experience in the music business and a Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Kentucky University.
