It's not just terrorist threats Sochi guests have to worry about, it's terrible accommodations.  Journalists in the Russian city are on point to cover the Winter Olympics and they have been reporting deplorable conditions in their hotel rooms.  Yahoo sports reporter Alan springer tweeted, "Sochi hotel room - no wifi, TV, heat, working lock on front door or shower curtain.  BUT, I've been told I have on of the nicer rooms."

Another reporter, Chicago Tribune's Stacy St. Clair, posted, "My hotel has no water.  IF it is restored, the front desk says, 'do not use on your face because it contains something very dangerous.'"
