Blues-Rock Guitarist Jared James Nichols Set to Perform in Evansville Indiana
Blues-Rock guitarist Jared James Nichols is set to perform, as well as host a Q&A session and autograph signing in Evansville, Indiana.
Who Is Jared James Nichols?
For the uninitiated, Jared James Nichols is a Blues-Rock guitarist and vocalist who hails from the small town of East Troy, Wisconsin, about 40 miles southwest of Milwaukee. In a Reddit AMA a few months back he claims to be "spreading blues power gospel" around the globe.
I’ve spent the past decade with a Les Paul in my hand spreading the BLUES POWER gospel loudly around the world. I love muscle cars, pumping iron, petting dogs, drinking beer and BBQ.
The Best of the Best
In June of 2021, at an event at the Gibson Garage in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, Nichols was named an ambassador for the legendary guitar brand. He sits among a list of the world's best guitarists who share the title of Brand Ambassador for Gibson including Slash, Dave Mustaine, and the first-ever female to hold the title, Lzzy Hale.
The Latest Collaboration
In his latest collaboration with Gibson, Nichols has recently released the all-new Jared James Nichols "Blues Power" Les Paul Custom guitar.
The Jared James Nichols “Blues Power” Les Paul Custom is the latest signature model from the Gibson Brand Ambassador and blues-rock powerhouse that hails from Les Paul’s hometown. The Jared James Nichols “Blues Power” Les Paul Custom features classic Les Paul Custom styling and cosmetic appointments and a stunning Aged Pelham Blue finish. It pairs that with brushed nickel hardware, including Grover® Locking Rotomatic® tuners and a wraparound Lightning Bar bridge for rock-solid tuning stability. A single Seymour Duncan® Silencer™ JJN P90B in the bridge position ensures righteous tone and hum-free performance, and the included EpiLite case helps keep your investment safe and secure.
In addition to the release of the new guitar, Nichols has released a self-titled album, and the third full-length album for the musician.
