Remember walking through a video store?

As a millennial and a movie buff, there was nothing better than going to the video store on a Friday or Saturday night and deciding what movies you were going to pick up. My two personal Evansville favorites were Premiere Video on Green River Road and Family Video on Weinbach Avenue.

There was something magical about walking in without a clue what movie you were going to watch that night. You could wander into the comedy section and decide, yes, I do need to see “Dumb and Dumber” for the 57th time. Or perhaps you’d stumble across a straight-to-VHS/DVD horror movie that seemed so bad it had to be good. (Yes, “Troll 2,” I’m looking at you.)

And if you did go in looking for a specific movie, finding out that all the copies were rented was worse than being rejected by the girl you liked; both of which happened to me more times than I’d like to admit.

But now, thanks to BingeBrowse.net, you can relive the glory days of wandering around trying to find the perfect movie. BingeBrowse allows you to walk around a virtual video store filled with movies from the streaming services you already pay for.

Just select the services you have, and BingeBrowse will populate the shelves for you. You can even virtually pick up the movie boxes to see the covers and movie descriptions on the back, or watch the movie trailer on YouTube. You can also choose which movie sections populate the store if, for example, you want to keep the horror section as far away as possible!
