Danny Tamberelli Is Finally Coming to Evansville
Evansville Raptor Con 2026 just announced its final celebrity guest, and you most likely grew up watching him on TV. Does the name Danny Tamberelli sound familiar? How about that signature red hair? Does that ring any bells? Danny was probably a big part of your childhood, appearing on All That, The Adventures of Pete & Pete, and The Magic School Bus.
Danny was also in The Mighty Ducks, which means that Evansville Raptor Con will now have THREE stars from the 1992 classic. The Ducks reunion will include Marguerite Moreau (Connie) and Matt Doherty (Less Averman).
The Raptor Con Appearance Years in the Making
Mr. Tamberelli’s visit to Evansville has actually been years in the making. Danny was scheduled to appear at the very first guest Raptor Con, way back in the day. As you can imagine, fans were excited, plans were being made, and Evansville was getting ready for what promised to be a fantastic convention.
Then COVID happened.

That first Raptor Con was ultimately unable to take place, and Danny never got the chance to make his planned trip to Evansville.
Fast-forward all these years, and Raptor Con is finally getting the chance to finish what it started.
The very first guest Raptor Con ever announced is now the final guest announcement for Raptor Con 2026. How cool is that?! And this time, there’s no “maybe someday.” Danny is FINALLY coming to Evansville!
Raptor Con 2026 takes place September 12 and 13 at the Old National Events Plaza in downtown Evansville. In addition to an amazing lineup of celebrity guests, Raptor Con will also include artists, vendors, a cosplay contest and other pop-culture fun all weekend long! Get your tickets HERE!
