Southern Indiana Eclipse Events: Journey and Eagles Tribute Bands

As we get closer to the total solar eclipse in Southern Indiana, it's becoming clear that having a plan for the entire weekend is a very good idea.

Gibson County Eclipse Celebration

Our friends in Princeton, Indiana have a 4-day event planned, and there will be something for everyone to enjoy. The hub for all of the excitement will be at the Gibson County Fairgrounds beginning on Friday, April 5, 2024. Here are just some of the events planned for the weekend:

Princeton will experience totality for 3 minutes, and 55 seconds.

Special Sunday Night Concerts

Resurrection - A Journey Tribute, is considered to be 'The Gold Standard' by which all Journey tributes are measured. I have seen them and they are the real deal! They will hit the stage at 6 pm as the opener for another amazing tribute band.

Hotel California, The Original Eagles Tribute Band

Hotel California is an Eagles tribute band that has been performing for over 30 years. Hotel California has shared the stage with The Doobie Bros., Lynyrd Skynyrd, Gretchen Wilson, REO Speedwagon, and many more. From Japan to Dubai, Toronto to Texas, Hotel California has boldly taken the tribute band where none had gone before them, and changed an industry’s collective mind about how good a “tribute” band could really be.

General admission concert tickets will be included with the gate entry fee on the day of the concert, Sunday, April 7, for $5 per person.

Please note: This is an outdoor venue. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be moved to the fairgrounds pavilion and reserved seating will not be possible. No refunds will be issued.
