Say hello to our pet of the week, LUMPRE, he's a pint-sized bundle of joy who’s ready to steal your heart! This handsome pit mix will celebrate his first birthday in October! LUMPRE was rescued from the EACC and is now waiting to meet you at It Takes a Village in Evansville.

LUMPRE is basically the ultimate good boy - he gets along with other dogs, is great with kids, and even coexists peacefully with cats! While he may be a little shy at first, give him a moment to feel safe, and his adorable, lovable personality shines through.

LUMPRE is looking for a patient, loving home where he can grow into the confident, loyal companion he was meant to be. If you’re ready for a pup who’s part heart-stealer, part tail-wagger, and all-around lovable, LUMPRE might just be your perfect match.

Apply to meet LUMPRE today at ITVrescue.org!

If our pet of the week isn’t the right fit for your home, please visit It Takes a Village to see the other rescues that need to get fostered and adopted. And don't forget about their RENT-A-DOG Program. A quick fill form and a copy of your photo ID will allow you to spend time with one of ITV's vetted shelter dogs. These day-dates are great for the rescues - it gets them some exercise and new information to help us get them adopted. It’s been a big hit- so don’t miss out!
