Meet Scout: This Energetic Evansville Kitten Is Looking for a Home
Want to Make Your Home Full of Love and Excitement?
If you have ever had a kitten, you already know there are two modes: sleeping like they haven't rested in weeks and running around the house like they have somewhere VERY important to be.
This week's MY105.3 Pet of the Week definitely falls into that second category.
Meet Our VHS Pet of the Week: Scout
Meet Scout, an adorable 3-month-old brown-and-white tabby currently looking for his forever home at the Vanderburgh Humane Society.
Scout may be little, but apparently he has enough energy to give the Energizer Bunny some serious competition.
Whether he's racing across the room, pouncing on toys or chasing whatever happens to catch his eye, Scout is always ready for his next adventure. Basically, if you're looking for a kitten who will keep you entertained, I don't think you'll have to worry about being bored with this guy around.
Scout also enjoys playing with other cats, so he could be a great addition to a home with a feline friend who wouldn't mind having a new playmate to chase around.
And because he is only three months old, you can probably expect plenty of kitten antics, curiosity and, of course, zoomies.
Scout was surrendered to the VHS because he was unwanted, but hopefully we can help change that and find him a family that will make him feel very wanted.
If Scout sounds like the missing piece to your family, you can bring him home for an adoption fee of $100.
More About the Vanderburgh Humane Society
The Vanderburgh Humane Society has been helping animals in the Evansville area since 1957. The organization works to protect homeless animals, provide adoption and surrender services, educate the community and help prevent animal abuse and pet overpopulation.
The VHS receives no tax-based funding and relies on support from the community to continue its work.
So, if your house could use a little more personality, a lot more playtime and probably a few random 2 a.m. zoomies, Scout may be waiting for you.
