Way back when, we were thrilled to learn that star of 'Archer' and 'Arrested Development,' and all-around funnygirl Judy Greer would portray an ape in the forthcoming 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes,' but this might be even better -- the actress has boarded the cast of 'Jurassic Park 4' (officially titled 'Jurassic World').

According to The Wrap, which first revealed her casting, details on her character are still under wraps, as is the plot. Though we do know that Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Nick Robinson, Ty Simpkins, Jake Johnson, Irrfan Khan, Omar Sy, original 'Jurassic Park' actor B.D. Wong, Vincent D'Onofrio and the newly added Katie McGrath and Lauren Lapkus fill out the remainder of the cast, with D'Onofrio portraying the villain.

Director Colin Trevorrow revealed a photo of Island Nubar, the original island where the first 'Jurassic Park' movie took place, so we can expect to return to that space in 'Jurassic Park 4.' In addition, recently discovered concept art teased the inclusion of a new futuristic resort for a new (and more dangerous?) Jurassic Park to attract the tourists.

We'll keep our ears to the ground for the latest on 'Jurassic Park 4,' but Greer's involvement certainly piqued our interest. Aside from 'Dawn,' she will also be seen in Disney's 'Tomorrowland' movie opposite George Clooney, and will voice a dinosaur in Pixar's animated 'The Good Dinosaur.'
