Karl-Anthony Towns Mother, Jacqueline Towns, Dies After Battle with COVID-19

Jacqueline Towns, the mother of former University of Kentucky standout Karl-Anthony Towns, has died from complications related to COVID-19.

The Minnesota Timberwolves made the sad announcement on behalf of the family earlier today. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Towns family.

On March 24th, 2020, Towns took to social media to talk about his Mom and why everyone needs to stay #HealthyAtHome.

Before his Mom even got sick, Towns donated $100K to help with COVID-19 testing.
