Kroger Issues Recall on Private Selection Gouda Cheese

I ran back to Kroger tonight to pick up a couple of things. The U-scan screen informed me that I would have a message at the bottom of my receipt.

I like gouda.

Periodically, I'll get coupons in the mail from Kroger and there are ALWAYS coupons for Private Selection products, and cheese is usually among them.

And with Kroger issuing a recall on Private Selection gouda within the last 48 hours due to a possible listeria contamination, I'm going to consider myself quite fortunate that I haven't bought any in a while.

I lucked out this time.
