Mayor Payne Talks Arts, Entertainment and Drainage

Owensboro Mayor Ron Payne used his monthly visit on the Joe Lowe Morning Show to discuss everything from Direct Flights to Las Vegas to drainage. The Mayor also talked about the merits of an Arts and Entertainment District downtown.

During the breakfast time discussion Mayor Payne talked about a meeting he had with Governor Beshear regarding the proposed Bluegrass Music Museum and Performance Center.
