New Security Measures Coming To The Ford Center

As you know, a lot of big concerts are coming up at the Ford Center in Evansville, including Jason Aldean in two weeks on January 15th and Luke Bryan on February 18th. A new set of security measures at the facility will go into effect one day ahead of the Aldean concert, on Thursday, January 14th.

In addition to new walk-through metal detectors at every entrance, here are the new measures:

-All bags are subject to visual inspection before entering the facility.

-All coats and jackets must be taken off and screened prior to entering the facility.

-All bags entering the facility should be soft-sided and be smaller than 13" x 13" x 13".

*Backpacks are NOT allowed in the facility*

These new security measures will also go into effect on January 14th next door at the Victory Theater.
