Owensboro Health Provides Cheer Cards To Brighten Patients Stay

Most people don't like staying in the hospital for any length of time.  However, Owensboro Health has a way to brighten up your stay with cards from family or friends.

Here's how you send a card:

Head over to the Owensboro Health website, pick a card, then place a greeting and personal information.

Cheer Cards are delivered by Owensboro Health volunteers Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., to inpatients only. You will send an e-mail to notify you that your card has been received.

I love this idea.  They have cards for well wishes, a new baby, thoughts, and even birthdays.

How nice to be thought of when you aren't feeling well or just to let you know how special you are.
