Owensboro Police Locate Missing Juvenile and Her Mother

UPDATE: Chasity Oliver and her daughter, Navji Horn, have been located and are doing fine.

Here is the original information, posted Monday:

The child left with her mother to go to K-Mart in Owensboro around 2:40PM on April 11th, 2016.

Neither have returned.
