Owensboro Public Schools to Move Forward with In-Person Learning

Owensboro Public Schools have announced they will maintain their decision to conduct in-person learning beginning Monday.

Students in the "A" group are to report to class Monday. Students in the "B" group will report Thursday. Here's the announcement OPS made on Facebook Friday:

Owensboro Public Schools met this past Tuesday to discuss options should Daviess County move into the COVID-19 red zone, a designation for counties with a daily average of 25 or more COVID cases over a 7-day period.

Daviess County was moved into the red zone Friday morning.
