Owensboro Teen Brings A Quarantine Christmas To His Neighborhood (PHOTO GALLERY)

Carter Hoagland believes that Christmas lights make everyone happy.  During the COVID-19 quarantine, he has spent a portion of his time to brighten up his neighborhood with some holiday cheer.

Here is what his mom, Krista's, post on Facebook had to say about Carter decorating the house;

Carter loves putting up Christmas lights.  I remember his mom posting around Christmas time if anyone needed their lights put up he would be for hire.  I love his spirit and positivity.

I know this is a time of seriousness but also a time to remember the good we have in life and I believe Carter is whole-heartedly doing just that.
