Parts of Tri-State Under Winter Storm Watch

Everyone is gearing up for Friday when we are expecting a Winter storm to hit the area, and now parts of the tri-state are under a Winter storm watch.

According to the National Weather Service A Winter Storm Watch is when there is a potential for heavy snow or significant ice accumulations.

The following counties are under a Winter storm watch until Friday at 9PM CST:

In Kentucky:

• Union County
• Webster
• Henderson
• Daviess

In Indiana:

• Gibson
• Pike
• Posey
• Vanderburgh
• Warrick

In Illinois:

• Edwards
• Wabash
• White
• Saline
• Gallatin
