Police Are Investigating a Shooting in Downtown Owensboro

Owensboro police are investigating a shooting that happened near 5th and Allen Streets Monday morning.

One person was shot in the stomach during the course of an argument, according to a report Eyewitness News/WEHT.

The good news is the victim is expected to survive.

The shooting occurred near the OTS bus station.
