Some downtown offices are slated to close early, so call ahead, if you have any downtown business to take care of. In addition to the thousands of attendees expected, there will be a ton of security (Local, State, Secret Service) various media outlets, and random merchants set up along Main Street.
President Trump will be attending a fundraiser luncheon prior to the evening rally. That will be held at the Old National Events Plaza. If you are super rich, you can sit at a roundtable with the President for $25,000, photo ops are $10,000 each, and the reception is $1,000.
While most of the action will be waiting to see Air Force One land at Tri-State Aero. I have not heard of a specific time for his arrival, but many think it will be during the day. When President Obama landed in Evansville in 2014, there were people literally tailgating, and eating lunch waiting to see him land.
