The famous game show is celebrating its 50th year of being on TV and is going on a 50-city tour and making a stop in St. Louis. According to Fox2Now, the location as to where the show will have yet to be announced, but it might have something to do with the Arch.

Contestants who come to the show will have a chance to not only win local prizes but a BIG prize of $50,000. I remember watching The Price is Right with my grandmother and we would scream at the TV when a game came on to pick a price or spin the wheel. My favorite game is the Mountain Climbing game, I would also get a kick off the mountain man falling off the cliff.

The show I am sure like me has many memories attached to it may be watching the show when you were homesick, with a grandparent, or maybe with your own kids now. It's still fun to watch. Bob Barker hosted the show for 35-years from 1972 to 2007 that's when Drew Carey took over and is still the host.

The tour kicks off on March 25 and will make a stop in St. Louis on Thursday, April 28.
