Snow Covered Highways and Inclement Weather in Eastern Kentucky – Motorists Beware

Attention travelers heading eastward across I-64 and/or I-40, you are likely to encounter snow covered highways, particularly at elevations above 2000 ft. Elevation. Due to the inclement weather in the northeast, winter-like conditions are being pushed through eastern Kentucky and West Virginia. We advise that you drive carefully and watch for black ice.
