The Oklahoma City Thunder are leading the Western Conference.  The Thunder fell for the third time in a row, this time losing at home to the Cleveland Cavaliers 114-104 yesterday.  Kyrie Irving scored 31 points and dished out nine assists for the Cavaliers while Kevin Durant scored 28 for the Thunder.  They now go to 43-15 on the season.  San Antonio goes to 41-16 on the season after dropping the Detroit Pistons 120-110.

Chris Bosh from the Heat told a radio reporter in Miami that he would be in favor of the NBA following the NFL's idea of looking into penalizing players who use racial slurs on the field.  He also stated that racial slurs aren't the only problem on the hardwood or the field.  Stating that if they penalize players for using these slurs, then just throw everything into the mix as well.

Seven games yesterday involved top 25 teams.  Two of the games were decided by just one point in overtime.  Sixteenth ranked Michigan eventually pushed past Purdue 77-76 in OT while No. 19 North Carolina just got by 85-84 over North Carolina State.

Russell Wilson from the SuperBowl Champion Seahawks is obviously a goal oriented guy.  Winning the SuperBowl just two seasons into his career.  The Wall Street Journal featured Wilson in an interview and asked him about his future plans.  He replied that he would love to have some ownerships in the sporting world.  "I want to e an owner of a team one day, whether its baseball or football.  Maybe even both."  He added that he wants to learn as much as he can so that way in his future down the road, after playing 20 years hopefully with the Seahawks, he can do that.

Wednesday night in Arizona featured Jan Brewer veto a bill that would allow the citizens of the state the ability to deny services to anybody based on their religious beliefs.  Senate bill 1062 could have had a major economic impact on Arizona in the form of boycotts and backlast that could have impacted next year's Super Bowl.  According to Sports Illustrated, the NFL was looking into potentially relocating the SuperBowl from Glendale, AZ in the even of SB 10 62 being passes.
