Still Need Girl Scout Cookies? Here’s How to Get Them!
Girl Scout Cookie season has just about wrapped up. All the orders have been delivered and March booth sales have come and gone. However, many troops, like Troop 1523 here in Owensboro, have an abundance of cookies left and are still willing and able to sell them. If you're looking for a last-minute fix for your Samoa or Thin Mint addiction, you can STILL get boxes! Here's how.
I happen to run into my friend Angela at Highland Elementary School when I attended Leaders in the Workplace Day a few days ago. Angela works with Troop 1523 and just so happened to have boxes of extra Girl Scout Cookies with her that day! So, we went out to the parking lot, she popped the door on the hatch and I wrote a big fat check for some Samoas (my faves) and Do-Si-Dos (Kevin's faves). Hey, when there are Girl Scout Cookies involved . . . there is no shame in this game. Yes! I will buy them right out of the back of an SUV! LOL.
Troop 1523 still has plenty of cookies for sale (with the exception of Do-Si-Dos). If you'd like to place an order, give Angela a call at 270-315-1659 or you can call Troop Leader Christie Miller at 270-903-0785.
According to Angela, they will "gladly arrange pickup/delivery."
