Texas Gas Building Sold
The Texas Gas building at 3800 Frederica Street has finally found a buyer.
According to reports, the Owensboro Board of Education has revealed Matt Hayden and Jack Wells of Gulfstream Enterprises, LLC have purchased the building for $3.4 million.
Pending an environmental inspection, the sale should be finalized in the next 60-90 days.
