URGENT: Special Needs Shih Tzu Seeking Special Family to Love

SPARKY Friends and Family we have an urgent need and we know you can help. Meet Harvey! He's a special need Shihtzu and searching for his furever family.
Harvey will steal your heart in the very best kind of way and he truly needs someone to love him in an extra special way.

He is feeling so much better and wishes his hair would grow back in. Harvey is completely blind, has skin issues, and is very opinionated. His hearing is superb.

Harvey is a loving 10-year-old boy that loves to be held and petted. He does have a typical Shih Tzu personality. He's a whopping 18 pounds of sass and sweetness.

Harvey needs a home without small children. He does ok with other dogs but will bump into them (because he is blind). Harvey is also jealous and doesn't like to share his lap time. We are working with him on this, but he will always try to be the boss.

Due to neglect, Harvey's eyes have been removed. He is on daily medication and will need periodic grooming. Harvey has personality for days. He loves being with his people and exploring outside. He currently will go upstairs and in the dog door without any issues. He is working on going downstairs.

Maybe you have something around the house that they could use. Don’t hesitate to ask, because SparKy is always in need of all sorts of items. Here is a shortlist of things they ALWAYS need:

Copy Paper and Ink

Reid's Orchard is one of our family's favorite places to just go and hang out whether we're picking apples or playing in Reidland. I recently visited and they had some cute new furry faces.
