I am going to take a moment today to profess my love for the Kraft recipe website! And, sidebar, if you've never checked it out . . . you must! Over the weekend, I stumbled across the company's recipe for Pineapple No-Bake Cheesecake Dessert and decided to make it.  Seriously!  I I sat down at my computer, ordered the ingredients on ClickList, picked them up and then let 'er rip.  This is quick, easy and delicious!

PINEAPPLE NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE DESSERT

1 (20 ounce) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

1 package (3.4 ounce) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

1 tub (8 ounce) Cool Whip, thawed and divided

2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese

1/3 cup sugar

1 angel food cake (10 ounce), cut into 1-inch cubes

6 strawberries, quartered lengthwise

Directions:

Whisk pineapple and dry pudding mix until blended.  Then stir in one cup of Cool Whip.

Mix cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until blended. Gently stir in remaining Cool Whip.

Place half the cake cubes in a 9-inch springform pan and top with layers of the cream cheese mixture (which is so good you'll want to smear it on your face) and the remaining cake cubes.  Then top the entire thing with the pineapple mixture.

Refrigerate and chill for 4 hours.  Remove rim of the pan and serve!  You can top the dessert with strawberries for extra color and flavor!

**This Kraft dessert is easy and, more importantly, delicious!!
