Owensboro’s White Chateau Hosting a Romantic and Beautiful Candelit Symphony
Here's a great Valentine's Day gift idea. And, yes! This is a little more outside the box than a Whitman's Sampler and it sounds musical, magical, delicious and romantic. The Valentine's Day holiday begs for a special, candlelit occasion. This particular celebration will feature HUNDRED of candles- all lit and setting a truly unique and unforgettable mood.
White Chateau at Cecil Farms has announced plans for their first-ever Candlelit Symphony. It's Friday, February 11th and will feature a string quartet from the Owensboro Symphony Orchestra. Naturally, that quartet will be playing by candlelight. They'll be situated in the chateau, which will be illuminated simply by the flames of a nearly infinite amount of candles. It's going to be elegant and the perfect opportunity to be swept away by the ambience and, of course, the melodies of the strings.
The Candlelit Symphony will also feature heavy hors d'oeuvres from Chef Matt Weafer from Niko's Bakery. There will also be beverages available and flowers provided by Katie Ann Flowers.
The Candlelit Symphony is proudly presented by German American Bank and is supported by sponsorships courtesy of Align Wealth Management and Elmore's 1017 of Leitchfield.
As Suzanne Cecil White, who organized this inaugural event, says, "This is the perfect night out with your significant other, a group of friends, or your best friend. Make it a girls’ night, a Valentine’s date night, or just simply social."
In fact, Suzanne joined us today to chat about the event and what Valentines can expect!
Tickets are $75 per person and there is a limit of 100 to be sold. Suzanne is quite certain that the Candlelit Symphony will sell out. So, if you're looking to secure tickets, it's best to do that now. You can purchase those tickets HERE!
Again, the Candlelit Symphony will take place from 6:30pm to 9:30pm on Friday, February 11th at White Chateau at Cecil Farms at 8753 Mulligan Road in Owensboro, KY.
