Cookies Cupcakes & Ohio State Football

Saturday evening my beloved Ohio State Buckeyes (hold the comments) were playing sixteenth ranked Northwestern.  Tough game.

I agreed with Margaret that we would make some cookies and cupcakes, however I made the plans without knowing the start of the Buckeyes Game.  Quick trip to Kroger to get all the stuff necessary for baking and back home we went.  The television turned on directly and the Buckeyes were losing their first game of the season.

Third quarter Bucks down by ten and a fumble on the ONE YARD LINE, recovered by northwestern making Urban Meyer pretty sick.  His perfect record is about to be tainted.

So, I was mixing up some serious cupcake batter and Ohio State does damage on Northwestern.  Mixer goes down, hands go up as the Bucks push to within four points.  Then the magic happens.  Ohio State surge ahead past the Wildcats and as the timer hit zero, Northwestern tries to do some fancy lateral nonsense.  Then fumble in the end zone for an Ohio State recovery and they win the game 40-30.
