Kentucky Music Hall of Fame Member Tom T. Hall Helps Eastern Kentucky

Kentucky Music Hall of Fame Member Tom T. Hall and Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear and will make an announcement about music and arts education, and a project to build on the legacy of country music stars from the Eastern Kentucky area.

It's Tuesday January 31, at 10:30 A.M. ET in the Capitol Rotunda in Frankfort.

Many country stars are from eastern Kentucky including Billy Ray Cyrus, Wynonna and Naomi Judd, Ricky Skaggs, Keith Whitley, Dwight Yoakam, Gary Stewart, Patty Loveless, sisters Crystal Gayle and Loretta Lynn and, of course, Tom T. Hall.
