Aerotek, a leading provider of recruiting and staffing services, announced that it is continuing to hire hundreds of full-time production team member positions for Toyota’s automotive plant in Princeton, Indiana, to support the increasing production demands for the Toyota Highlander. The plant also produces the Toyota Sequoia and Sienna models. Pay begins at $17.45 an hour with opportunity for pay raises every six months, up to $28.81 an hour. With the addition of a $1.25 shift premium, pay begins at $18.70 an hour for the second shift.

Aerotek will host a Spring Hiring Event to provide candidates with the opportunity to apply and interview in person on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the Toyota Indiana Visitors Center. Aerotek will also schedule any follow-up meetings/testing needed. The event is open to the public and will feature snacks, drinks, family-friendly activities and self-guided tours of the museum.

Applicants must meet safety, attendance and performance expectations as part of the hiring criteria. A high school diploma/GED is preferred but not required. Benefits of the roles also include:

  • Transportation from the Evansville area: Service is available on both shifts and works around overtime for a small weekly fee. A community transportation service has several centralized meeting places in the Evansville area to bring the team members directly to the plant and then back.
