The first time starters in the NBA All-Star Game include Minnesota Timberwolves center Kevin love, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, Indiana Pacers Forward Paul George and Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving.

A handful of other starters in the All-Star Game include Pacers forward Paul George and Cleveland Cavalier point guard Kyrie Irving.

Kobe Bryant, even after being sidelined because of a knee injury since December is still being chosen to be a starter in the NBA All-Star Game coming up February 18th in New Orleans.

 

Lebron James will be in attendance as well, receiving 1,416,419 votes.  James sits at the top spot in the voting. Coming in second was Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant with 1,396,294 votes.

Lebron James had a great game Thursday against the Los Angeles Lakers, scoring 27 points and pulling down 13 rebounds, that helped the Heat push to 31-12 on the season with the 109-102 victory over the Lakers.  The other NBA game played Thursday featured the Portland Trail Blazers as they upped their record to 32-11 after taking down the Denver Nuggets 110-105.  LaMarcus Aldridge scored a career-high 44 points.
