As Justin Moore said, "Bait a hook!" The American Cancer Society has an exciting fundraiser coming up Saturday, April 27th in downtown Owensboro.  It's the 4th annual Catfish Tournament and local fishermen and women will be loading their boats into the Ohio River and competing for the biggest catches!

The ACS Catfish Tournament is Saturday, April 27th in downtown Owensboro.  It's a fishing tournament that will award prizes to the top 5 participants!  Registration begins at 5:15am and boats go out onto the Ohio River from 6:30am to 2:30pm.

Cost to enter is $100 per boat and teams of three will compete (only six rods allowed per boat).  Boats MUST have a live well.  Winners will be based on the weight of fish caught and teams will be limited to FIVE fish per team.  All fish must be ALIVE at weigh in and all fish will be released.  NO stringers or baskets are allowed.

If you have questions about the tournament, contact Josh Vanover at 270-231-6819.

All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life!
