Area Schools Vying for ‘Tools for Schools’ Grant

Get ready to vote! Several area schools, including all schools in Owensboro, are competing for a "Tools for Schools" grant courtesy of Old National Bank.

Now, voting ENDS this Friday, September 30th at 11:59 p.m.!!! The top school getting the most votes in Kentucky as of this writing is Madisonville-North Hopkins High School. In fourth place is F. T. Burns Middle School! All schools in the Evansville area are also eligible.

The grant was originally worth $1,000 but since Old National Bank's Facebook page has gotten at least 15,000 likes, they are increasing the grant to $5,000 which will be rewarded to the winning school.
