Boil Water Advisory for Much of Hartford

Due to a water main break, a big part of Hartford Kentucky is under a water advisory today. The area includes Barnes to U.S. Hwy 231 and Mulberry to Union.

Officials suggest bottled water or boiling water a minimun of 3 minutes before drinking. Water company employees are currently going door to door handing out flyers to notify citizens of the advisory.

No estimate has been given as to when the Boil Advisory will be lifted.
