Bring the Heat! Pro Wrestling Makes a Return to Owensboro, Kentucky
Wrestling fans, it's time to get excited! For the first time in two years, Big B Pro Wrestling is back in Owensboro and they're bringing the heat. Big-name wrestlers will be working hard to break their opponent in the ring, and you can watch it all go down.
Do you watch wrestling? I used to religiously back in the early 90s' when there was André the Giant, "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan, the Iron Sheik, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, and other wrestling greats. I was very fortunate to see Hulk Hogan take on André the Giant in an epic battle back them! When I worked at WaxWorks, I had the chance to hang out with Hillbilly Jim. He's from Scottsville, right outside of Bowling Green, and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018. He was a great wrestler and a nice guy. I don't keep up with professional wrestling anymore, but I still respect the sports entertainment value of it.
