Community Solutions Host Town Hall Meetings

Much has been said regarding Substance Abuse in our area. Now it is time to DO something about it. Something that will be effective in the fight against drug and alcohol abuse. 

Community Solutions for Substance Abuse will once again host a Community Town Hall Meeting to address underage substance use in Owensboro-Daviess County.  This meeting will be held during the spring.

You are cordially invited to help plan this event.  The first planning session will be held Thursday evening, January 26, 2012 from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the Green River District Health Department, 1600 Breckenridge Street in the Lamone Mayfield Board Room. 

The Town Hall Meeting purpose is to provide information to all interested individuals regarding the issues affecting the health and safety of our kids.

Light refreshments will be served at Thursday's meeting.  Please invite friends, neighbors and family to atttend this event.

Jane Lambert has been the Executive Director of this program for several years. She encourages the community to "get involved" now if you truly want change.
