Daviess Co. Judge Al Mattingly Talks City/County on the Joe Lowe Show pt. 1

Daviess County Judge Executive Al Mattingly stopped by the Joe Lowe Morning Show studios Tuesday morning July 27. He discussed the first 6-7 months of his administration. One of the major changes is the cooperation between city and county governments. Mattingly also pointed out that city residents are also a part of the county. This is part one of that interview.
